Welcome to the Paradise Lake Resort Website. We are an over 50's independent living, family owned lifestyle resort. Our Resort of 187 Manufactured Homes, half of which are situated around our 2 hectare spring fed lake, was built in the early 1980's. Purchase a home and lease the land. You are protected by the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003.

The Resort is a 1 km ring road for easy walking and cycling.

Lawn mowing and tree maintenance included as part of your site fees. Garden beds at your home are maintained by residents.

Residents may be entitled to Centrelink Rental Assistance on site fees.

Electricity is bulk purchased by the Resort and is currently very reasonable in cost*. Pensioner rebates are claimed where the resident is eligible.
